Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy for Badhuma Food Products.

Returns and Exchanges:

Badhuma Food Products does not accept returns if the glass bottle seal is broken and if the vacuum packing packaging is broken. 

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition within 48 hours of purchase.

For exchanges at nearby Badhuma outlets, present the purchase invoice at the exchange counter for a convenient process.

If you prefer to return via courier, follow these steps:

• Scan the return QR code or visit www.badhuma.com/returns_exchange.
• Enter the order number and select the product you wish to return or exchange.
• Choose the reason for return/exchange and submit your request.
• Our customer care representative will contact you within 24 hours to process your request.

Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and they need to arrange their own
shipping. For damaged or incorrect products, return/exchange shipping charges will be excluded.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase.
Notification of the completed refund will be sent via email.
Badhuma Food Products will refund the value of the returned goods but will not refund any shipping charges paid.
